Ocean View Media, LLC ("we", "us") operates CreatorWatchr. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Email address — if you create a private account, we store your email to identify your account and to send you a login key.
• Private list data — the channel links and category names you save to your own private account.
• Browser extension data — if you use the CreatorWatchr Saver extension, it reads the URL of the active YouTube tab to detect which channel to save. This is used in the moment and is not separately logged.

We do not process payments or collect financial information on CreatorWatchr.

How We Use Your Information

Your email and private list data are used solely to operate your account and let you access your saved channels across devices. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Data

Channel names, thumbnails, and video information displayed on CreatorWatchr are retrieved from YouTube's public Data API. Use of this data is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

Account data is stored securely on servers operated by Ocean View Media, LLC. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services that track individual visitors.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your private account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
