By accessing or using CreatorWatchr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Ocean View Media, LLC.

What CreatorWatchr Is

CreatorWatchr is a curated directory of YouTube channels, organized by category. Channel information (names, thumbnails, and recent videos) is pulled from YouTube's public Data API and is provided for discovery purposes only. CreatorWatchr is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Private Accounts

You may create a private account using only your email address to curate your own personal lists of channels. Access is granted via a key emailed to you, which you are responsible for keeping confidential. Your private lists are visible only to you.

Browser Extension

The CreatorWatchr Saver browser extension lets you save channels to your private account while browsing YouTube. Use of the extension is subject to these Terms and to the extension's data handling described in our privacy policy.

Content Ownership

Channel and video information displayed on the Platform belongs to its respective creators and to YouTube. CreatorWatchr claims no ownership over any third-party content displayed. Custom lists and categories you create within your private account remain associated with your account for your own use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to scrape, republish, or resell channel data in bulk, or to attempt to circumvent the private-account access system.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
